Rotary Club of Fort Myers South kicked off its 50th anniversary celebration at its annual installation dinner held at Crowne Plaza on Friday, June 15. In the spirit of the “Golden Oldies” the evening included a social hour, TV-dinner style buffet, Paul Harris roll call, and a musical journey through the decades with recognition of the clubs past presidents. Rotary Club of Fort Myers South, Friends of the Fort Myers Library aid literacy Many children lose reading skills when they’re away from school over the summer. That’s why the Rotary Club of Fort Myers South has teamed with the Friends of Lee County Libraries to give to the Lee County Library System’s Summer Reading Program.
