Four new members inducted in October

Rotary Club of Fort Myers South inducted four new members at its weekly meeting on October 27, 2014 at Crowne Plaza.

NewMember-Sawczyn-Oct2014Read Sawczyn is a private wealth advisor at FineMark National Bank and Trust. His career also includes 12 years as a commercial litigator and creditor’s rights attorney in Tampa and Denver. He earned his undergraduate degree from University of Miami, holds an MBA from the Warrington College of Business Administration at University of Florida, and a Juris Doctor from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys boating and spending time with his wife Kelly and their two daughters, Lauren and Macy. He was welcomed by club president Rebecca Goff.

NewMember-Sack-Oct2014Rabbi Marc Sack is the Rabbi at Temple Judea in Fort Myers. He is a native of Hartford, Connecticut. Rabbi Sack earned his bachelor’s degree at Case Western Reserve University, was ordained by the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in 1982 and received a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. He began his career as an assistant rabbi in Minneapolis. Before coming to Temple Judea, he served congregations in Austin Texas and Tampa, Florida. He was sponsored by Pam Oakes.

NewMember-Mahoney-Oct2014Keith Mahoney, is the CEO of The Human Factor, LLC, an executive-search consulting firm, and has been in the executive search business since the late 1980’s.  Keith received his B.A. degree with history and sociology concentrations from the University of the State of New York after serving in the U.S. Navy as a broadcast journalist. Subsequently, he served as a civilian member of the U.S. federal law enforcement and intelligence community where he was trained in counterintelligence and counter terrorism operations. He was welcomed by RI District 6960 Governor Pete Doragh.

NewMember-Whitlock-Oct2014Michelle Whitlock is the owner of Siesta Pebble, which provides pool finishes to customers throughout Southwest Florida and has been in business locally for over 16 years. Michelle is very active in the Florida Swimming Pool Association, National Plasterers Council, Cape Coral Construction Industry Association, the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, and the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, including Leadership Cape. She was sponsored by Christin Collins.
