Rotary Club of Fort Myers South welcomed Mary Stephan into their membership on February 2, 2015. Mary is a travel agent at Preferred Travel of Naples. She moved to Fort Myers from Ohio in 2014. She is a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority at Ohio State University. While in Ohio, Mary was very active in the Powell Area Chamber of Commerce, having served as Vice President and Board Member. She was also active in the Taste of Powell event at the Columbus Zoo, the Dublin Ohio Memorial Golf Tournament, and as a volunteer at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital. As a travel agent, she was instrumental in starting the Central Ohio Travel Consultants Association and served in a leadership role there. Locally, she is an active member of St. Cecilia’s Church, is a volunteer dog walker at the Gulf Coast Humane Society, enjoys travel, reading, boating and the beach. Mary has a daughter Nicole and husband Dan, who will retire from Dr. Pepper/7-Up this spring.
